SGR Technologies may share candidate information with clients or hiring partners only as appropriate for recruitment or placement activities and in line with applicable privacy obligations.
No Employment Guarantee

SGR Technologies does not guarantee employment, interviews, placements, compensation, immigration outcomes, or any specific professional result.
Final hiring decisions are made solely by the relevant employer or client.
Client Services
The scope, pricing, deliverables, deadlines, payment obligations, support arrangements, and other commercial terms for professional services may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or contract.
If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will control for the applicable services.
